Our EDI programme ensures that pro-manchester is a platform for all. With seven dedicated sub-groups, this programme works to improve access, representation, and inclusion across sectors.
Racial Equity Group (REG) :
Tackles racial inequality and promotes leadership opportunities for ethnic minority professionals.
Pro-Women :
Supports gender equity, leadership development, and closing the gender pay gap.
Parents & Carers :
Advocates for family-friendly workplaces, parental leave policies, and flexibility.
LGBTQ+ :
Creates inclusive workplaces where LGBTQ+ individuals feel valued, supported, and safe.
Disability and Neurodiversity :
Focuses on accessibility, inclusive hiring, and neurodivergent talent.
Social Mobility :
Works to reduce barriers for people from low-income or underrepresented backgrounds.
Age Inclusivity :
Promotes intergenerational workplaces and combats age-related bias.
