Alex O’Sullivan
future-pro Vice Chair & Business Development Manager
Hi, I’m Alex O’Sullivan, Business Development Manager at Maldron Hotels Manchester and Vice Chair of Future-Pro, Pro Manchester’s young professionals network.
My career is firmly rooted in commercial hospitality. I began my journey with Dalata Hotel Group, progressing through their Graduate Programme before moving into sales and eventually stepping into business development. Today, I focus on creating and nurturing corporate relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and representing our Manchester hotels within the wider business community.
Hospitality has given me the chance to combine strategy, people, and creativity — and that mix is what motivates me every day. I love understanding what clients need, finding opportunities that work for both sides, and helping showcase the strength and growth of the Manchester hotel market.
Alongside my day-to-day role, I’m proud to serve as Vice Chair of Future-Pro. Being part of this network allows me to support other young professionals, help shape events and opportunities, and contribute to a community where people can learn, grow, and build confidence.
If you’d like to connect, collaborate, or find out more about what I do, please feel free to reach out.
