The strategy surgery is a high-impact, 'surgery-style' round table event designed for marketing leaders and creative professionals who need more than just theory. Moving beyond the standard presentation format, this session facilitates rapid-fire, expert-led rotations. Attendees will move between three specialist tables to solve their most pressing hurdles in branding, AI-driven search, team scaling, sales integration, and modern PR. This is an interactive surgery session designed for the modern marketer and creative lead. We’ve stripped away the fluff and replaced the stage with three specialist tables, each hosted by an expert who lives and breathes their discipline. This isn't a passive experience. Attendees will rotate through three intensive surgeries, spending 20 minutes at each. Bring your current projects, your biggest roadblocks, and your "how do I even...?" questions. You'll need to select your preferred specialist tables prior to the event – please choose your top three.
