2026 – What are the key trends in the office market?
- Connect & Learn
As the world’s commercial real estate landscape continues its evolution in 2026, the office sector stands at a pivotal moment of transformation, resilience and opportunity. This timely session brings together leading market analysts, occupiers, and industry strategists to explore the defining trends shaping today’s office market and chart the path ahead for the remainder of the decade.
Against a backdrop of economic recalibration and shifting workplace behaviour, the office sector is emerging from a period of adjustment with a renewed focus on quality, flexibility and strategic repositioning. Although office occupancy and leasing patterns were challenged during the post-pandemic era, recent data indicate stabilising fundamentals, increased investor interest in prime assets, and a polarised market where best-in-class space outperforms legacy stock.
